PRICING POLICY

All prices are subject to change without notice. If any item in Your order is affected, You will be notified and Your credit card will not be charged without Your approval of the new price.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

The following types of payment are accepted:

  1. Visa, Mastercard- e-commerce, over the phone or send card details via fax
  2. Direct deposit into an account
  3. Bank checks
  4. Personal, business checks (only within Australia)

All payments must be cleared prior to shipment unless agreed to otherwise in writing by Tanya Loviz.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We send items under 1 metre in height via Australia Post.

Larger Items are sent with Pack & Send Couriers.

Shipping & handling fees are additional but will be quoted to the customer for approval before it is sent.

 

SALE POLICY

Giclees and A4 Prints

  1. Place an order, the order will include postage costs.
  2. You will be promptly informed of its availability.
  3. Payment processed.
  4. Once the money has been cleared, we send you the item via Australia Post or Courier within 2 weeks for Framed Prints and up to 4 weeks for Giclees (This time frame may vary due to circumstances beyond our control).

 

Paintings

  1. If there is a painting you are interested in contact us for its availability. Note: we work on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  2. You will be promptly informed of its availability and approximate postage & handling costs.
  3. If you accept, you send us the money in total.
  4. Once the money has been cleared, we send you the painting, receipt and certificate of authenticity, via Australia Post or Pack & Send within 1- 2 weeks. Delivery may vary with international purchases.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition for any reason within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. An email or phone call from you is required stating your request for a refund within 3 days of having received delivery. The item must then be returned to us within the 14 day period undamaged and in its original packaging or something similar including any receipts or paperwork. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the item and according to your original payment method. Tanya Loviz will only pay shipping costs if an incorrect item was shipped orthe item you.
